The Red Wings have now won two games in a row after beating the Blue Jackets 6-1. Five Red Wings players had multi point performances including Andrew Copp, Dylan Larkin, Lucas Raymond, Filip Hronek and Moritz Seider. Tyler Bertuzzi even got in on the action in his second game back from injury, scoring the 6th and final goal of the game, his first of the season. This is the first time the Red Wings have scored 6+ goals in back-to-back games since December of 2008. Detroit gets a few days to rest and then they will host Nashville on Wednesday at 7 p.m.

The Lions go into Thanksgiving week with three straight wins beating the Giants, 31-18 and improving their once dismal record to (4-6) and are climbing the NFC standings. They are currently second in the NFC North only behind Minnesota. This is the Lions first three game win streak since 2017. They now return home for Thanksgiving to face a team that’s already waiting for them in Detroit, the Buffalo Bills, who beat Cleveland at Ford Field this weekend.

7 straight losses for the Pistons as their long road trip continued out West, losing 137-129 to Sacramento. Detroit held a lead with just two minutes left but the Kings slipped past them in the final minutes to win. The Pistons stay on the road with their next game tomorrow night at 9 p.m. against the Denver Nuggets.

A big rally for Michigan basketball who won their game against Ohio in overtime, 70-66 after trailing by seven with six minutes to go. Hunter Dickinson with 24 points and 14 rebounds in the home victory.

As for Michigan Football, they hung on against Illinois beating them 19-17 on a Jake Moody game-winning field goal. With that win, Michigan goes 11-0 for the first time since 2006 and, just like 2006, they will travel to Columbus to face Ohio State Saturday at noon.

Michigan State meanwhile wasn’t so lucky, losing to Indiana in double overtime 39-31 after leading at halftime 24-7. Their final game of the year will be on the road against Penn State at 4 p.m. Saturday.
